My life philosophy

1. I need to like myself before anyone else does.

When I start my day, I need to check up on myself to see what I think I should do today, what I need and what I want to achieve before I end the day. I accept myself in the first hour and I leave yesterday behind me, because it no longer exists.

I make sure I love myself and make self-love-based decisions throughout the day. If someone doesn't agree with me or "like" me, it cannot affect me in any way because I only need approval from myself. If they like me, that's just a bonus.

2. Nothing good ever comes from too many people knowing your business.

I've always been an extroverted, social person who engages and link with a lot of friends, until recently. The circle has gotten smaller and increased in value, which I love. Self- respect is about respecting your time and energy, and to be real, you cannot let everyone know about everything you plan to do. I am very selective these days about who I choose to share my ideas, time, and love with. If I even feel the slightest vibe that a person might talk about me or my personal life to others, I am not hesitating to cut them off. Sounds harsh, but you need to stay low-key, otherwise you are spreading yourself thin and too many people might know about your next move, which is not what you want!

3. If it comes: let it, If it goes: let it

If I try to control things too much, I will get crazy, so the best thing to do is to losen the grip and watch my life unfold. Because life is happening for you, not to you. Everything that is in your life right now, is there because you attracted it. You know in your gut feeling if something is for you, because you wont have to extend yourself to get it, it just flows naturally to you. The best friendships, relationships and situations work this way, you don't force anything, you just let go and surrender to the natural flow of life and you wont have to worry about someone not coming back, because you know they will if they are supposed to be there.

4. You have the right to THRIVE, SHINE & SUCCEED

I'm all for living life unapologetically. I don't let others thoughts about me stop me from trying new things, reaching for success or living my dream. To not do a certain thing because you are worried about what others might think is you letting people who in NO WAY matter, control your life. Once you understand that, it's only your idea of YOU that matters, you are free. The only enemy or thing you need to conquer, is your own mind. Be friends with your mind and yourself. Which leads me to the next point...

5. Think in terms of energy, frequency and vibration - Nikola Tesla

I've understood a long time ago that I am a vibrational, energetic being having a human experience. I try to regulate my vibration and I feel like it is my responsibility to take care of my "vibe" before I go out in the world. Aggressive or loudmouth behavior is poisonous to the spirit, and I avoid these kinds of people (or being one) at all costs. Karma is real, energy is real, you are what you think and your attitude determines your latitude. My only and best tip for anyone who wants to dive in to spirituality: start meditating. It has nothing to do with God, and everything to do with your mind. It creates a silence in you, in which you can hear all the wisdom that already was inside of you, but only now can be heard.
